What an amazing lady! Reblogging this as it will help anyone out there who suffers from depression as well as those who don’t…because it’s always a positive thing to be grateful. And everyone can do it. Think of one thing RIGHT NOW and write it on a sticky note.

  1. Great post! Ive been journaling for 25 years! Its one of the best therapies anyone can have. Not only for depresion but just to see how much you have changed through the course of your journey is just amazing. I couldn’t live without it, honestly! Sometimes my journals become words and art, other times sketches and words, it all depends on the mood when I finish the one I’m writting. Right now I only have like 7 pages to finish this one and a whole new journey starts!!

    • I wish I could get into the habit of doing that. I have sketchbooks but that’s really just experimental art work and ideas. How did you begin? I would love to see a page or two of one of your journals. I guess they are way too personal though. I understand that! ❤

  2. Thank you so much for the reblog. 🙂 I am honored! XO
